Please join us for our first ever Barnes & Noble book fair on December 11, 2011 from 12:00 – 6:00pm. A portion of all purchases throughout the store (excluding the purchase of gift cards) will benefit the marching band. Stop by our welcome table for your chance to win a Barnes & Noble gift card – drawings will be help hourly. Live music will be provided by the talented students of Henry Ford II.

Our latest fundraiser is selling gift cards. The profit (2-20% of the gift card value) is split 15/85% between general fund and your student's account. It is an easy way to make money for HF2IMB, buy presents, and even purchase gift cards to use at the restaurants, stores, gas stations and movie theaters you already go to. There are 100's of places to choose from like AMC Theaters, Barnes and Noble, bd's Mongolian Grill, Shell Gas stations and many more. (Monthly orders are due online by the 10th of each month, then payment to Greg within 48 hours. Ordered/paid cards will be available by the next booster meeting.)
Follow these instructions to check it out:
1. Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and use enrollment code 2EB43BAL27256 to place your order (or just check it out).
2. Print a copy of your order for yourself.
3. Write a check for the amount on your order payable to HF2IMB, include "Scrip order" and "your student's name" in the memo line of the check.
5. Get your check to Greg Laidlaw with in 48 hours (of the 10th of the month) for delivery at the next Booster Meeting.

This annual fundraiser consists of selling cheesecakes during October thru the November 1st meeting. Cheesecakes are delivered in time to enjoy at Thankgiving.
The price remains at $17.00 for the normal 10 varieties. There is a new order form that includes another choice this year. Added is a “sampler”choice which is $19.00. It is also an 8 inch cake and will have 2 slices from 6 random cheesecakes. Here is a photo of the 10 inch with 2 slices of 8 random cheesecakes. (The 10 inch one in the photo is not available but looks similar to the sampler we have.)
Max and Emily’s is doing us a favor including the sampler this year for our fundraiser.

Kroger distributes funds quarterly to non-profit organizations registered to their Kroger Community Rewards program. Simply register online and shop using your "Kroger Card" and a share of the community rewards funds will go to Henry Ford Instrumental Music Boosters. Click here for detailed directions.
Boosters work concession stands at events at the Palace, DTE and Meadowbrook. Please contact Andrea Priehs at: whitewolf629@sbcglobal.net to be added to the contact list. This will ensure you will be notified of new events available to work.
All Palace, DTE & Meadowbrook Workers must take the annual Responsible Alcohol Service class. It will be on the following dates: October 20, 25 and November 9, 2010 at 11 am, 3 pm and 7 pm. Contact Andrea if you have any questions about signing up.
April 14th, 2011 from 4:00 - 8:30 p.m. Please bring this flyer but if you forget , NO Worries! Just let the front counter know you're from Henry Ford Band, and we will make sure your receipt enters the bucket for your schools credit.
At the end of summer booster members begin making chocolate covered pretzels to sell at football games, open house, orientation and during spirit week. Our next meeting to make Spirit Styx will be September 12th at 4 p.m. (future dates and times to be determined). Donations of Wilton's chocolate (milk or dark), Sam's Club pretzels in the barrels, Joanne or Michael's coupons or money to buy supplies are greatly appreciated.

Jewell Kade Band Logo Charms are a unique way to display your Marching Falcon pride and can include a picture of your favorite band student. $5 from each charm purchased will be donated to HF2IMB. Little Caesar's Pizza Kit Sales now thru November 3rd. There are many varieties of pizza kits to choose from, plus dinner kits, cookie dough and more. Money must be collected at time of order. Delivery will be November 20th location TBD. Contact Andrea for more information or an order form.
